Dear Mr and Mrs Venkateshan, I was meaning to write toy you as soon as I reached Hyderabad but things were wuite hectic and lead to this delay. We had a great time visiting Jaipur along with Agra. And the highlight of our trip was surely the stay at your place. I still cannot bring myself to say that we stayed at a B&B, it very much seems like we stayed with old friends! Your hospitality and informal setting was very much to our liking, especially with Mrs Vekateshan keeping us at ease at dinner and breakfast. Also, Mr Venkateshan's travel tips along with the friendly cook and driver was a major plus. So, all in all, thanks for a wonderful stay and my parents were very happy that we stayed with you.

During our trip to Jaipur from 31January to 3 February, we stayed in a B & B called Bhavani Rest at Kathipura, Jaipur. We enjoyed our stay there due to the excellent hospitality, warmth and home atmosphere extended to us by Venkatesans. It was a unique experience with tasty, home cooked vegetarian meal. Sightseeing was comfortable due to the air-conditioned car and the driver who took us around with great enthusiasm. What impressed us was the aesthetic decor of Bhavani Rest, with two self-sufficient bedrooms and overall cleanliness of the place.

We would strongly recommend you to include Bhavani Rest in your next issue.

In November I decided it was time to expose my 16 year old grand daughter to travel in India where I lived in 1989. On this trip we stayed in a B & B called Bhavani Rest in Kathipura, Jaipur. This was at the recommendation of some friends in Karnal. I want you to know this is the most lovely, CLEAN, hospitable guest home I have stayed in throughout all of my trips through the country. They have 2 beautiful guest rooms with tea, coffee, in room refrigerator with all the things a tourist could wish, actual comfortable beds and pillows, and private bath (with hot shower and toiletries) in each room. The host and hostess, Venkateshan provide marvelous food, cooked to order, both vegetarian and non. A vehicle is provided with a great driver who speaks excellent English and provides wonderful tour services. The hostess operates a school for developmentally disabled children next door to the home. The home is quiet (a rarity in cities in India)..

I shall mail by snail mail a brochure provided by these very charming and elegant people. I would strongly recommend you including this B & B in your next addition.

Hello Dear, Recently we went to Delhi to attend an important marriage. We took the opportunity to tour three major cities of Rajasthan State and Delhi too, on a fortnight visit. You will be thrilled to go thro' the photos taken in those places. Jaipur is the Capital city of Rajasthan and the other two places, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur are two important cities at the two ends of 'Thar Desert' worth visiting. The whole tour program was arranged by my friend Mr. C. Venkatesan, at Jaipur, who is running a beautiful paying guest house, 'Bhavani Rest', an approved one, with a tourist car etc. He takes care of the entire tour of Rajasthan for the tourists who come from other places including foreign countries to his guest house. He arranges for the visits to Delhi and other North Indian cities, if needed. I recommend to all my friends and relatives, not only for making visit to Rajasthan, but also to utilize the help of Mr. Venkatesan in this connection. Shalini, Ram, Amma and I want to thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality and love you showered on us during our stay with you. We had an amazing time and you are wonderful hosts who take care of the minutest detail for your guests. We will always cherish our time in jaipur and especially at your home. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. Guy and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You and Venkatesan were the most wonderful hosts; kind, knowledgeable and very hospitable. We learnt much more about India than we otherwise would and seeing the school and what you have achieved was amazing. We also enjoyed meeting Kabir. It was such a touching gesture for him to give us chocolate as we were leaving. He is quite a remarkable young man and the whole family must be very proud of him.

Hi Mr. Venkatesan,

It's been a while since we are back in Canada but we are finally back into our routines.

I just wanted to send you an email with the pictures and once again thank you for your hospitality. We really enjoyed staying at your bed and breakfast and we were talking about the experience at your b&b during the entire trip. Although we can't think of any bad meals that we had in India or Nepal, we all agreed that the best meals were when we stayed with you.

We truly enjoyed India and will definitely be coming back one day. I also think that my parents may be coming to visit within the next few years so I will make sure to pass your contact along to them

We both miss you guys already! Thanks so much for everything- we had an absolutely amazing trip! I can't believe it's already over, and Ashley is already back at work in Boston. I'm in Turkey, very cold (there's snow here!) but loving it. Missing India a ton!!!

So, thanks again for everything. We really appreciated all your help and absolutely loved staying with you in Jaipur. (Although I wish we had stolen your cook!). So much fun!
